This is a send-in service for your BMW KAFAS4 MID camera module.
Please enter the vehicle’s VIN number when placing your order, especially if the KAFAS4 module is not original to the vehicle in which it will be installed.
Service Includes
Your KAFAS4 MID module will be:
- Unlocked
- Updated with the latest available BTLD and SWFL software
- Fully activated for all supported FSC functions listed below
Vehicle coding is required after the unlock. Coding is included in the listed price and is provided through our Poland office.
KAFAS4 MID FSC Activations
The following FSC functions are unlocked:
- 0x14C — City Collision Mitigation, Pedestrian Protection and Rear-End Warning
- 0x1B1 — High-Beam Assistant
- 0x14A — Lane Departure Warning
- 0x14B — Speed Limit Information
- 0x1BF — Road Evenness Identification

Shipping the module to us is not included in the service price.
Standard return shipping is included. Express return shipping is available for an additional cost; contact us for a quote.
For urgent installations, we may also be able to supply an already-unlocked KAFAS4 MID or KAFAS4 HIGH module under a core-charge arrangement.
